In order to improve the mold quality, enhance machining ability and efficiency, our General Manager and Manufacturing Manager attended Automotive lighting CNC and Polish technique training in our partner's tool shop in Finland in August 2017, and was awarded a professional certification. Our partner is a professional automotive lighting mold manufacturer.
To ensure our CNC machining team have good understand about what our GM learned in Finland, and improve the whole team's ability. In December 2017, our owner spent huge sums to invite our partner come to our company to train us. Our people accepted a system training of automotive lighting CNC process technologies and CNC program. Now,we are capable of making molds for automotive lighting’s reflector, lens, guide lighting etc. parts which have optical surface.We also know well about how to improve processing efficiency, save time and cost.
